Welcome to the Oceana online ordering system.

If you are a first time user, we strongly recommend you read the following instructions.

Single Store Order

1. Click on "Categories" on the top of the page and once you are in the main menu, choose the product range you wish to browse.

2. Scroll down to browse the range of products in that category and when you see an item of interest that you wish to order, drag the selected item to the shopping cart on the right hand side. The picture of the product should be displayed in the shopping cart.

3. Each drag is equivalent to the minimum order quantity of each item. If you wish to order 2 or more minimum quantity, simply drag 2 or more of the product to the shopping cart. Alternatively, you can click on to the picture of the product in the shopping cart and adjust the order quantity from there.

4. After you place your order in the shopping cart, the total value of this order will be displayed on the top right hand corner in red.

5. Once you have completed your order, click "Check Out" on the top. A sales summary will be shown. You can always delete any item or alter any quantity in this sales summary. Press "Confirm Order" again to take you to the "Shipping Instructions" and "Remarks" page where you can insert special requirements or instructions for this order. This system also allow us to send you a sales confirmation by email, simply check the default email address on "Email copy to" and press "Confirm Order"

6. After confirming the order, you can also download this order in excel format from "Download Order in Excel"

Multi Store Order

1. This system allows you to do Multi Store Ordering. Simply click "Add Multi Stores" and add shop Name.

2. Click on "Categories" on the top of the page and once you are in the main menu, choose the product range you wish to browse.

3. Scroll down to browse the range of products in that category and when you see an item of interest that you wish to order, drag the selected item to the shopping cart on the right hand side and a box will pop up for quantity to be ordered for each store.

4. Refer to steps 4 to 6 from above to complete your ordering.
